We try to make the process as easy as possible. Once you fill out our online form or contact us by phone, we will collect the information needed to make a purchase option(s) on your home as quickly as possible. At that point, you can make a decision to accept the purchase option(s) or not. If you accept, we handle the closing process and buy your house.
Do you charge a fee to make me a purchase option(s)?
No. We will never charge you a fee for our services. We will present you with a no obligation purchase option(s). If you accept the purchase option(s), we buy your home. If you do not accept the purchase option(s), it costs you nothing. We will never ask you to pay us anything, whether we buy your home or not. You have nothing to lose by giving us a chance to help you.
Will you pay me full price for my house?
Each situation is different, of course. When we buy homes in Colorado and the Front Range, the price we purchase option(s) depends on many factors, including house condition, material and labor costs for repairs, current market conditions in your neighborhood, how long it will take to repair and market the home, and the cost to resell the house. We believe our purchase option(s)s to be very fair relative to each house’s unique situation.
How soon can you make me a purchase option(s)?
Depending upon our access to the property, usually in three business days.
Can you help me if I’m going through foreclosure?
We will certainly try. Remember, with foreclosure the faster you act the more options you have.

When you fill out our brief online form, we contact you directly and your address may be shared with others only for value research but we absolutely do not sell your information to others. What if my house needs a lot of repairs?
A great benefit of selling to us is that you do not need to worry about any repairs. When we make a purchase option(s), it is for the house in its current condition.
Am I under any obligation if I fill out the form or you make a purchase option(s)?
No, there is absolutely no obligation. We will make you a purchase option(s) quickly and you are free to either accept or reject it.
